In a means to improve support standards, DiGiCOR have integrated the return merchandise authorisation
(RMA) process into enterprise resource planning (ERP) software via NetSuite. Our clients can now lodge
their RMA support case directly through the NetSuite customer centre portal, clients will be able to
monitor the progress of the case with ease. The process below will assist in lodging a case:

Submit RMA/Support Case via Lodge my RMA/Support Case, using login details provided by DiGiCOR

Click Support -> Contact Support and fill in the necessary information, then click Submit

Using the filter located at the top left of the page, you are able to list your RMA/ Support
cases

Upon listing your cases; clicking ‘view’ will allow you to view the messages of each case,
clicking ‘edit’ will allow you to message those associated with the particular case.

Clicking the ‘Home’ icon will take you back to the Home Page.
