    The software developers looked at providing an interactive and user-friendly end-system platform for mortgage brokers. The company required an expansion and upgrade of their client’s current IT environment that could meet the specific software workloads. This consisted of financial workloads relating to features, quick access to data, back-end data from different scenarios, banking and processing of different rates. Furthermore, they required flexibility and scalability without lock-in tier-1 technology for future plans of expansion.

    In our collaboration, we were able to provide a bundle of 1U A+ Servers based on the 2nd Gen AMD EPYC processors, application optimised for high-performance solutions. To meet the requirements of specific financial workload and performance demands of the software development, we recommended integrating this solution fitted with additional NVMe’s, upgraded RAM and additional storage. With the server being optimised for AMD technology, this allowed for better value for money through more cores per sockets, overall reducing licensing costs for the solution. The systems are best highlighted by its configurability of storage and networking options for the perfect fit of custom application. This took into consideration the future upgrades such as expansion slots, NVMe capabilities and CPU.
