these Terms(including as a result of not being able to use the products or the late supply of the products and
services), whether at common law, under contract, tort(including negligence), in equity, pursuant to statute or
otherwise.

Website, and products and services of Digicor, are provided to you on an “as is” and “as available” basis,
without warranty or condition of any kind. None of the affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, third

Content or any products and services referred to on the Website. This includes (but is not restricted to) loss

paid the purchase price, then the total liability of Digicor is the resupply of information or purchase products
and services to you.
8.2. You expressly understand and agree that Digicor, its affiliates, employees, agents, third party content
providers and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential
or exemplary damages which may be incurred by you, however caused and under any theory of liability. This shall
include, but is not limited to, any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), and loss of
goodwill or business reputation and any other intangible loss.
8.3. Digicor is not responsible or liable in any manner for any site content (including the Content and Third
Party Content) posted on the Website or in connection with the purchase products and services, whether posted or
caused by users of the Website of Digicor, by third party or by any of the purchase products and services
offered by Digicor.
8.4. All of the pricing on the website are indicative and the pricing on the official quotation might vary from
listed price. The official quotation will be valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified.
9.1. These Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either you or by Digicor as set up below.
9.2. If you want to terminate these Terms, you may do so by:
9.2.1. Notifying Digicor at any time; and
9.2.2. Closing your accounts or all of the purchase products and services which you use, where Digicor has made
this option available to you. Your notice should be sent, in writing, to Digicor via the ‘Contact Us’ link on
our homepage.
9.3. Digicor may at any time, terminate these Terms with you if:
9.3.1. You have breached any provision of the Terms or intend to breach any provision;
9.3.2. Digicor is required to do so by law;
9.3.3. The partner with whom Digicor offered the purchase products and services to you has terminated its
relationship with Digicor or ceased to offer the products and services to you.
9.3.4. Digicor is transitioning to no longer providing the products and services to Users in the country in
which you are resident or from which you use the products and services, or
9.3.5. The provision of the products and services to you by Digicor is, in the opinion of Digicor, no longer
commercially viable.

These Terms are governed by the laws in Australia/New Zealand.
